Cannot send Mouse event to my game

I cannot send MouseClick (or any) events to my 2D game. I have used DoOver as well as MouseClick ... of AutoHotKey. Also, I cannot send any characters to this 2D game.
How to make my 2D game(s) receive mouse event (certainly, it has received mouse click from physical Mouse)
