Google Chrome -- a new browser coming (in beta) in a few hours

A close look at Chrome's source code suggests that Google has reverse engineered Windows. The goal? Improved security, which is very laudable, but there's just one small problem: reverse engineering is expressly forbidden by the Windows EULA.
