How to prevent Win+S from sending the system to sleep?

Which would be pretty much the same as pressing 's' only ;) ('s' and 'w' cycle the selection on links of the page)

Win+S doesn't do anything here either, on XP64... so either it's a Vista feature, or some custom keyboard hotkey thingie?

@f0dder: nope, not on Vista64. From the testimonials on this thread, I think it must be related to some software sri has running.

And it should be easy to track down since it's happening on both XP and Vista.
