Techtree has a useful article on the search for the Perfect File Copy Manager.
The software mentioned are TeraCopy, CopyHandler, SuperCopier 2, Total Copy, YCopy and Unstoppable Copier.

Nice find sri.
This thread on DC also discusses and compares many of the tools mentioned there:

Links to a few apps are missing in the article:
YCopy
Unstoppable Copier
Total Copy (
www.ranvik.net/totalcopy
) seems to be down but there's an
archived copy
.

I wonder if the reviewer really tried all these tools? The screenshoots are taken from other sources on the Web.

It's not too uncommon to take the screenshots from the program pages.. The review text is filled with reviewer's opinion of things so clearly they used and evaluated and compared them.

nice thread.
i retry teracopy this time and like it very much.
copied one 1.6gb file to another partition, default xp copy took 75sec, teracopy took 62sec. teracopy is a keeper.
If you find a good solution and become attached to it, the solution may become your next problem.

There's also
ExQueues Shell Queue
which can be integrated into Windows Explorer and DOpus.
Also, for those interested in integrating TeraCopy with DOpus here's some
info
.
EDIT:
Actually, ExQueues isn't quite the same as it allows queuing of almost any operation - oh well, almost got it right

How does the robust copy function built into xplorer2 compare? From what I've seen xplorer2 uses the default shell handler for copies on the same drive, but its own copy between drives, and also has a queue, skip/abort/yes/no-to-all/pause features.
