Windows XP - system process - high CPU use - any ideas?

It also doesn't seem to like scanning inside archives (CAB and RAR)  too much (at least I think that is the problem).

Anyone know how to set NOD32 back to its out of the box settings? I did some tweaking and I am experiencing similar symptoms.
