New C# FARR Plugin: FARRGoogleSuggest

I am getting exception error, any way to get it worked. I need this plugin for English correction.  :(

This is the only external plugin I really want to use with FARR, but unfortunately it just doesn't work for me. :(

Using Win 8.1 64bit w/ latest FARR2

This is the pluginlog.txt error I get:
