I've updated the mirc script pack to include another script, albeit a very minor one:

JrHourlyMarker - add an hourly timestamp message to your windows so you can estimate message times without enabling timestamps on every message.

Works for Linux/Unix, Mac, Windows if you have XChat with Perl scripting support
