Why I put a slash before my signature !?

Perhaps it's political.  Do you lean towards the right?

I guess you are so old that you once upon a time used to write your name with something called a pencil. I know I did. And I always signed my (paper) notes with /Curt, to have the signature (= the slash in the signature) signal the end of what was before (to the left of) the slash.

Hirudin:
If I saw it I'd assume it was to show that you're statement has ended. Like an HTML tag.
Some people will do stuff like this as well...
