- strange! It is working fine in my 3 browsers. Of course you already have marked the right boxes, so I won't suggest that this could be the problem, but maybe someone else would like to know where to put the X:

Edit: Also, I recall, you have to close the Internet browser before the end of installing RealPlayer.

I also had no problems with the video download feature in IE/Firefox. I really like how it picks the right name and saves both the file and the url info.

I'm now looking for a way to export and import my video library into another computer while preserving all the metadata.
