How about Miles Davis/Gil Evans collaborations.
Or Bill Evans - he was one of the best.

Perhaps there's an eye tracking peripheral like the fighter pilots use to lock rockets on target?  It should be fast once you learn to control your blinking.  :)
Several years ago, there was some freeware floating around for using your cam to track where you were looking and hence move the cursor. It worked (no comment about the quality of the experience).I can't remember whether it provided for LMB /RMB clicks or not. Probably best used just to sate one's curiosity.
Edit: there's a version at http://www.cameramouse.org/

I guess you missed this part: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_SETI

It has always bothered me that we have massive radio telescopes (SETI), that for years has sent out messages

"The science known as SETI deals with searching for messages from aliens. METI (aka "active-SETI) science deals with the creation of messages to aliens. Thus, SETI and METI proponents have quite different perspectives."

I was under the impression that radio telescopes received rather than emitted and that the SETI  program searched for signals
