General Software Discussion / Unknown Icon Overlay

Some of my icons have an overlay image ... a little grey box with what looks like a pen/pencil in it.
I have no idea what it means or where it comes from.  Any help would be appreciated.  Probably something stupid I should know.. See below

I normally use JING as most of my captures are made for the purpose of immediate sharing.  Otherwise I like FASTSTONE.

DOPUS has a lot of options. it is a bit overwhelming at first..  Read the PDF help and review the settings until you understand them.
