Looks like Gimp supports CMYK format but there's also a plugin that does that. More at http://www.blackfiveservices.co.uk/separate.shtml

Also, Scribus and Image Analyzer might be a good option (TIFF reader plugin support CMYK color format).

You could also rigtclick start button and select "Open All Users", create a new folder and add shortcuts there. For a customized look, rightclick on the new folder and select customize... See pic.

Have a look at NirExt. The "Create Shortcut+" option is what you want.

QuickMenu is another alternative. The page is in Japanese but there is an English version for download.
