Skwire Empire / Output File Location

Firstly, thanks for a great tool, as I have slowly been scanning my comic book collection (Over 5000 comics) and it has made life so much easier.
Is there anywhere I can specify what output folder the completed .cbz files are saved to? Currently they just go to the originating folder, but it would be good to be able to save them into a specific folder for all the different titles, rather than having to move them each time. I have looked through but can find no way to do this.
It may not sound like too much of an issue, but when you're dealing in large quantaties, every second counts. Thanks.
