T-Clock / Re: Uninstalling T-clock

I downloaded T-Clock from CNet, Unzipped into a new folder, and clicked on TClock.exe. Nothing happened. I mean Nothing. T-Clock did not show up anywhere let alone setting it up.
So I went to White Tiger's site, downloaded and unzipped it to a different folder. There are a couple of sub-folders and some tiny files but I couldn't find .exe file anywhere so no installation.
When I tried it delete both folders of T-Clock I was rejected because "T-Clock is runnung". I went to Uninstall and of course nothing by the name is there. A search in Win10 turned up nothing either. Any suggestions please?
