Clipboard Help+Spell / error:DB65 Some Such or Other ???

Just all of a sudden, dozens of miscellaneous warning pop-ups insist on invding my screen; the most of them say something about an error DB65: etc., etc.
I finally figured out they are something to do with Clipboard Help and Spell.
I don't have to clipboard anything to constantly keep getting the messages; however, if I left- or right-click the little icon, the error messages go wild.

What could I have done to cause this ?
How do I fix ?

Also, on the Quick Paste Pop-up Menu you can edit the list of Date/Time preset formats.

Thanks; that did the trick.

At the top of the list, I entered   %d-%b-%Y   and that gave me just what I was wanting = 17-Sep-2018

Can I add a date/time clip style to the date/time clips menu in addition to the default ones ?

I prefer to read dates like this:   16-Sep-2018   :with numerical day of month - three-letter abbreviation of month - four-digit year.

Is there a way that I can add this style of date clip to the date/time menu ?

Clipboard Help+Spell / Working with "Groups"

In an effort to organize and clean up the numerous clips in my favorites, I created some "group" folders.

The clips I selected to be in the new "group" folders appear where I meant them to; however, the clips also still remain in the main favorites menu.

Is there a way to have these clips to only display in the specific "group"; and, once placed within a "group" to then not show in the main menu?

Clipboard Help+Spell / Clips in Favorites Disappear ???

Lately, my clips saved as favorites have been disappearing; I am losing as many as four or five clips each day.

I have studied the preferences settings and can find no option to prevent this.

I did find some of my missing clips in "Old Clips", still marked as favorites, but I could not figure out how to move them back to display in the favorites menu.

What am I missing and what am I doing wrong ?
