mouser, Thank you for the guidance in Reply #3.  That is exactly what I wanted.  You just saved me 3 mouse clicks per capture.

Thank you for asking about workflow.

For me, I will almost always either capture the image to the clipboard or send to the printer.  My preference would be to have it sent to the clipboard automatically, but be able to still send it to the printer, later, should I choose.  As far as I know, you can only send the image directly to the printer by leaving that dialog box open.  If I am deferring the decision to print, I would like to be able to minimize the dialog window or get it out of my way.

After capturing a screen image, the post-capture pop-up dialog appears.  It jumps in front of all applications, which is what I want.  However, I don't always want it to stay on top.  If I click on another application window, this popup should fall behind.  The minimize button for the dialog is greyed out.

Is there a setting that I am missing?

Nowadays, "normal" is considered "unusual".  And versa vice.

Thanks for looking into it.  In the meantime, I will change my default to Fit to Page and just learn to live with it.

BTW, I am a recent convert from Gadwin Print Screen.  I am liking Screenshot Captor.  The support is already infinitely better.

Yes.  Exactly!  Thanks.

The Normal print size should be set to minimize white space when doing a full screen print.  Whatever print setting ratio that happens to be, the same should apply to all other Normal outputs.

Of course, all of this is assuming Landscape output.

Thank you for the reply.  I agree that Fit to Page works for the full screen capture.  However, if I do partial screen capture then Fit to Page will zoom the output.

I want the partial screen and the full screen to have the same zoom settings.  You only get this with "Normal", but Normal is too small.

Can the print size of what is considered Normal be adjusted?

If I capture the entire screen then I would expect the "Normal" setting to take the entire page from left to right, only leaving white space for the margins.

If I capture, just a portion of the entire screen, then I would expect the same ratio to apply.
