It's possible create a small windows utility to connect to a "xxx" wireless network by passing it as a parameter from a command line to an .ini file or similar that contains the connection data: for example:
- SSID
- type of protection
- password
- wifi card name to use to connect
- enable / disable the network card
- delete any data concerning the connection, reporting everything as before to run the tool

Usage: "toolname".exe [configuration file]
