I am also using this tool every day, after having written up NANY on my freeware blog
http://www.freewareg...are-check-nany-2014/

I like that it doesn't have feature glut; However, I would like to request ONE more option: the ability to minimize to tray on clicking the rop right 'x' instead of exiting.
Is this possible? I would be very greatful.

Something similar to FSL Launcher, where each tab is linked to a folder and auto refreshed when the folder contents change

This can actually be done with FSL Laucher with  a little hack (see http://bit.ly/rDUg9g), but is not optimal. The paid version of ObjectDock also does it, but that is not free (and strangely disabling Aero on Win 7 messes it up visually).

The idea is to be able to drag and drop items across tabs, from the desktop to the tabs, or from the tabs to the desktop, and have the operations be reflected in the folder structure. Also, to maintain normal Windows' right context menu behavior on the icons.

Would also be nice: the ability to move icons about inside the tab, and for the locations to be preserved (kind of like the clustering of icons that can be done on the desktop).

Thanks!

Skrommel's Software / URLHistory: bug report
« on: March 31, 2011, 09:16 AM »
I have been using URLHistory for a while and would like to write it up on my blog.

However, there seems to be a bug in it as follows:
- Whenever the URL has a dash (-) in it, selecting that URL results in URLHistory using a truncated URL that stops at the first dash

For example:
http://jaredheinrich...screen-of-death.html
(original URL)
http://jaredheinrichs.com/how
(the URL that is opened in the browser and copied to the clipboard)

I would appreciate it very much if someone could provide some feedback on this (and a fix)

Thanks,
Samer
