I would like to see what applications don't work on Windows 7/8 that only work on XP. I have yet to run into one. I don't doubt they exist, but in all of my tinkering I have yet to find one.

I just installed imgburn and while I had to de-select the opencandy stuff, I do not have any "extra" things installed. I tested it with an installation monitor and the only files/folders created/installed were the imgburn files.

BTW, Unless you need bit locker, Windows 7 ultimate is kinda pointless. Just my two cents :) I was quick to jump on the bandwagon for 7 Ultimate and had buyers remorse shortly there-after.

FYI, Windows 8 keys will work on a Windows 8.1 or 8.1.1 installation disc. I just re-built my machine last night after using the 8.1 update 1 ISO from MSDN using my Windows 8 key.
