General Software Discussion / how I can make backup of open files on backup genie

I have Genie Backup Pro 9 and when I try to backup open files, especially Outlook, throws an error that it can continue to perform the backup. Then I close outlook and run the backup again and that if completed correctly everything.

Help me!!!

Tengo Genie Backup Pro 9 y cuando intento hacer backup de archivos abiertos, especialmente de outlook, arroja un error de que no puede continuar realizando el backup. Luego cierro el outlook y ejecuto nuevamente el backup y ahí si se completa de manera correcta todo.


Ayudenme!!!
