I am really sorry but there are not updates.

Real life appeared to be more stressful last year than I'd expected and I didn't have enough strength to continue. I was trying to rewrite my spaghetti code after 6 months but I couldn't get it. I hope I will take it back  some day because I believe this is the best project I've ever worked on... but I have no power yet

These times... I had 10 TC licenses for DC giveaway but I had also had some DC credits and friend's birthday coming along. So I had asked mouser to cash credits out and buy additional TC key. Mouser asked why don't I take 1 from 10 and just give it right away. After me saying "it ain't right, bro", mouser had found out he has a hearth and felt deeply touched so... he gave my credits back for me being so noble.

Of course, mileage can vary (depending on opinions).

The only version I can see at Sourceforge is 1.9.181 from 2008. I have 1.10.227.0 installed from somewhere I don't remember but it changes nothing.

I wonder is this sale the part of some bigger plan for resurrecting whole IDE or just last effort before sinking. Embarcadero has been sleeping for a long time and some developers moved on to VS or Lazarus. How is it supposed to get them back?

Well, even Christian Ghisler is rewriting Total Commander for Lazarus.
