I'm more of a software user than a programmer--and I know the intent is to keep this simple--so...would it be difficult to add the ability to customize the shortcuts for switching note panels?

That was a quick turnaround!  It works well, and I like the option for setting themes in the INI file.

Feedback on 2.0.0.0 (this time on win7 enterprise 64-bit w/ sp1):
- Selecting 'About' no longer hangs the program
- Transparency setting works well, but is reverse of what I was expecting (fully opaque at 100% transparency, fully transparent at 0% transparency)
- Themes show up multiple times (see screenshot below) - but this only appears to happen when Settings -> Themes is opened without selecting a theme.  Each time this occurs, it appears to add another iteration of the Theme names in the menu
