Circle Dock / Circle Dock

Cannot seem to uninstall this software.....shows up but when attempt to uninstall, it says it cannot do that..?? Suggestions?

Circle Dock / Circle Dock disappears on start up

I installed Circle Dock yesterday on my system (HP PC XP, AMD64)....worked great until I shut down the computer for the night and turned back on...now it does not show up....all that appears in the Start Up now under Circle Dock are: Uninstall and Wallpaper Auto-Changer......

How do I go about getting this back open and working now?
