I have been using "Synchromagic" for years, it works wonders.
About the same features as Super Flexible File Synchronizer.
There is no "best"software" but one has to check the little functionality they are really keen on is available.

The best way to learn any foreign language, I found, is by combining a self-learning material (like any of the Berlitz books) with an online tutor who will guide you through your lessons.

And also, we must remember that Wikipedia gives millions of people such a great service, for free, that it feels very natural to donate.

I was not able to find any file comparison tool that can properly compare Excel Spreadsheets and Winword documents.
Anybody can recommend one?
