CTRL+C Copy a path contians CJK characters from results
(F:\[国际版圣经NIV朗读版].(ebook).The.Holy.Bible.-.New.International.Version.(NIV).-.Complete.pdf)
CTRL+V Paste the path somewhere, then I got this
(F:\[¹ú¼Ê°æÊ¥¾­NIVÀʶÁ°æ].(ebook).The.Holy.Bible.-.New.International.Version.(NIV).-.Complete.pdf)

I got the some problem with plugin KlipKeeper https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?topic=9306.new#new

How exactly did you solve it ?
Somebody else might have the same problem, so if you write your sollution it might be helpfull to others.

p.s. i've never tried paste or sendkeys so i don't know how they work.

Big problem:Klipkeeper doesn't support CJK...
