I visited their website and placed an item in their cart, and no discount was applied.
Is there a code to use?

I finally found a solution that worked for me.
None of the suggestions listed here worked, but since I use WinPatrol, I set a startup delay for CHS to 2 minutes 10 seconds, and now the problem doesn't happen.

I will do that.
I've been searching for the past hour and hope to find an easy to use and good solution.
It doesn't have to be freeware if it works well.

I looked into Calibre and it doesn't really have that capability
