I was thinking of coding something like this to provide a java applet (which can also used as desktop app) with an external pseudo-rightclick. Actually my idea was to bring up a context menu with a combobox listing all the files on the same folder as the jar, then selecting a file woud cause tha applet to quit, and call it again by commandline with said file as parameter.
Can this app be restricted/tailored to be used only for any particular program?

Folders' names may be formed with delimiters to keep old information. These separators can be used later by any renamer to remove unwanted info
