one way not to overload it with features...is to make them enable/disable. so far it looks nice!

maybe it would also be possbile to search for something...and when you find it...to assign it an alias...for easy finding. click right mouse button on a result and assign it a name....; next search...it can be also found by that alias.

what do you think?

Hi!!
Just did some tests on the new version. It works now. Shortcuts, everything. What was the problem? Could you find that out?
So far so much!! Thanks anyway. let me know if you need to know anything else.  I am also...a programmer. If you need a hand , let me know.
I will keep testing. But it looks already good.

ps - in my opinion, find&run kicks the google desktop search somewhere....

Hi. first of all, good idea and good program.
On the other hand, I also have problems with running shortcuts. They do not start, not matter what i do. If  i search for an *.exe file then it will start, otherwise no...
I have winxp pro sp2.
strange.

a quick suggestion:
- possibility to control the degrees of transparency of the form.
