interesting, thanks for the links-- ;D

well in all my years of playing with the pc I never bothered to right click on the
"all programs" option. That simple wording before the list is displayed was something I never thought would have any choices associated with it.

cheers!

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but does anyone know of software that will re-arrange the start menu programs list (I am on windows XP) so that it will list your installed apps alphabetically instead of when/how you istalled them? Thanks again--

This is my second hello post since my first hello was under the wrong topic. I am not a programmer in the slightest and found my way here because someone linked Mouser's 2-XL emulator on another board. I was then glad to see I found the license home for url snooper which I have used for years.

The really aggravating part is that while I was looking at some of the apps you guys have come up with, I said to myself "oh wouldn't an app for this be great",  I then got side tracked and I cannot recall for the life of me what I wanted to suggest--AHHH

My apologies for digging up an old topic, but RS is really not that bad. If you find something on it, that is rather large in size, they do have a cheap 48hr premium pass for like 9$ US. For quite a few things I am into it seems to be all hosted via RS links. I became a premium member (yearly for roughly $76US) and enjoy their serivce.

I do understand the complaints from those of you who are using the "free route", but then you are getting what you pay for so to speak.

I found this site from a link that was to Mouser's 2-XL emulator (wonderfully done by the way). So far from general browsing, I like the info and apps this place has to offer. Will definitely throw a donation your way in a month or two when I have some funds saved up that I could spend
