sounds good !!

I found  a nice add on to FF
It's called PlainOldFavorites. With this plugin you can use IE Favorites within FF.
This is a really good solution

another small wish.

is it possible to add a poll icon to poll topics?

you can do it, on your own topic which you have started. In the bottom of the topicpage there should be a button "add poll"

that's it

is it possible to activate the poll function on this forum?

Windows Live Mail looks good to me.
Especially the fact, that you can handle multiple e-maill accounts with it looks great.
If it will have a good backup/restore function, I think I will switch from The Bat! to Windows Live Mail

Does anyone know, when the Final will comes out?

Is there a way to directly write notes onto the Windows desktop?

thanks for the hint for KMPlayer. It seems so that it can also play unfinished videos like on emule. The interface seems also to be better than VLC. I think I will replace VLC with KMPlayer.

nice page thanks for the hint.
especially the hint for teracopy was nice

General Software Discussion / Re: Browsers, Bookmarks, & synching
« on: October 05, 2007, 04:10 PM »

What do you people out there use?

For syncing bookmarks among several browser in the same PC, I've never found anything better than Bookmark Brigde (
Small, simple, efficient yet powerful and .... FREE!!!!
Give it a try.

I'm currently using it to sync between Firefox, Maxthon and Opera.

Does Bookmarkbridge also support Maxthon 2.x?

thanks for the topics

thanks for the info.
Evernote seems to be a really good program

How do you manage different favorite databases?
Normally you need at least 3 browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera) to surf the web for compatibility reasons. How do you synchronize the bookmarks of the different browsers?

@ Dirhael, you simply HAVE to tell how you made this "teaser", wow, it is looking good!
 (see attachment in previous post)

Sure, what I've used is a tiny freeware application called Rumshot.

   Program: Download from Fileforum
   Theme pack: Download from Shellscape

I think the project is abandoned by now, but it works just fine in both XP and Vista so it doesn't really matter. It even got a built-in "take screenshot and upload to FTP" function which is nice :)

thanks for your hint.
your iamge looks really good!!
