Note that this been discussed and requested multiple times, see here for example. I was once of the opinion that this was intended behavior, although I'm not sure any more. Anyway, it seems to be really difficult to convince mouser to actually change this ;)

If it's me for the two books by Pernille Rygg, then original publication dates (don't know whether these are original Norwegian, or more likely English translation) are:

The Butterfly Effect (1997)
The Golden Section (2003)

DC Website Help and Extras / 'About us' in nav bar

The 'About us' link in the nav bar is not always available. Is that on purpose?

It's there after navigating to either Forum or Donate (where it's just called 'About'), but not with any of the other pages. Also, when navigating to Donate, the Donate link is replace by 'About'. This is not the case for any of the other pages though, i.e. they stay available even after navigating to the respective page.
