After using the software, I noticed that the mouse buttons are not listed...sorry  :(

The following app will detect what global keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys) are currently registered on the computer by various applications:

I would like to be able to have one Windows PC in our home office that two people can access simultaneously. Each user would have their own keyboard, monitor and mouse. Has anyone done this? I would think that it would require a video card with dual monitor support or two monitor cards. I would also expect that the software/hardware required would allow each person to work in their own user environment. Currently, we are using two older and slower computers, so sharing the same new PC should be faster than what we currently have. I would like to know all my options, free or otherwise. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Added recommendations to list

How about in your case?

I haven't found freeware that can compare with these...

1. ClickBook - http://www.bluesquir.../products/clickbook/

2. Microsoft Streets & Trips

Intellitamper is what I use...and it is free.

It is no longer being developed but can be found archived here:

My favorite is Auction Chief.

Auction Chief is now freeware. I use Auction Chief every day and I plan to keep it working. Auction Chief makes you a more efficient eBay buyer by allowing you to ignore auctions that you aren't interested in....

It saves my watch list, ignore list, and searches in the program directory making it great to use on my USB drive. However, I did notice a couple of registry entries that don't seem to do anything.

Icon Tools / Re: congrats hamradio
« on: October 20, 2006, 08:56 AM »
I have been using a freeware product which is waaayyy better than the one mentioned in the review. It is called Icon Craft by IconEmpire. Since using it, I have had zero thoughts of buying a "better" icon editor.  [Later]...I am using v3.0b and unfortunately, it looks like it is not free anymore.

BTW, thanks for the review!

KatMouse works well for me on both Win 2000 and XP
It works well on all of my XP machines as well. This may be due to the fact that there have been new versions of KatMouse released since Windows XP was released years ago. Alex may want to give this one another go.

KatMouse has been one my best utilities for years, allowing me to merely hold the mouse over the inactive screen and scroll...without even having to hold the Ctrl button!

Check out this free tool here: http://ehiti.sdf-eu.org/katmouse/

Thanks
I appreciate the developers and DonationCoder.

Don't forget my current favorite freebie, IconCraft.

I use SyncBack.

It FTPs, synchronizes, schedules and V3.2.10 is %100 freeware(scroll down).

The things I must have...

  • Import directory of shortcuts
  • Sort Alphabetically
  • Icons
  • Keyboard shortcuts(pressing "a" cycles through the programs beginning with an A)
  • See all programs in one window
  • Fast

After trying MANY launchers, I find myself loving the built-in Start menu more and more.

I downloaded and checked it out. However, I still think Media Tagger is better, IMHO.

UrlSnooper / winpcap install problem
« on: October 05, 2005, 12:56 PM »
The installation for the WinPcap produces a program error on my W2K system.  :-\

Would you post the packet.dll file needed to get this program to run?

Thanks in advance. :)
