There used to be such a program. Panopticon released a freeware licensed app call Panopticon Explorer. At least, that's what it was called. Then it was called "Panopticon Explorer .NET Learning Edition" but now the file is no longer hosted by Panopticon.

Can someone find a copy of the program? I've searched Google and Softpedia to no avail. Please post in the thread if you have a link. And don't worry, it was licensed as freeware, so...
