Speaking of command line.. do you (or anyone reading) know of a utility similar to Windows Run-Command?  WRC itself isn't so bad.  But the extras it has just don't seem to be things I use commonly, other than RegEdit Button.

All the GUI prompt emulators for Windows, be they multitab or whatever, just seem unstable.  Something like WRC would be cool f it just had more useful doodads tacked on.

It's hard to imagine that what you are looking for isn't available here..

Sorry,

http://dottech.org/161397/download-over-100-free-new-ebooks-from-microsoft-full-list-included-tip/

There are several DOCX files in this list that are embedded in an .MHT file and I was having a helluva time understanding why and an even worse time getting them open

May have found the answer........... when I clicked on the docx file I got an error msg that I needed Word Viewer.... do you want to install??
It installed a trial Word Viewer, a $1.49 app, an rating a whopping ONE star on the ratings list.

Finally got the files open with Word-On-Line but that's not satisfactory either   :(
Just downloaded the old Word View from MS along with the compatibility package and going to see what that will do?
Word-On-Line has to do with Onedrive I think but haven't got that far yet
Win8, OneDrive, Russian, Greek, and women seem to complicate my life some anymore  :D

There are several of those DOCX files embedded in MHT files, primarily in the Powershell list of files..

If I had a title maybe I could help
I have about 300 CD/DVDs containing freeware that I have ratholed over the years and most have been indexed with Cathy but without something to look for I wouldn't know where to start  :-[

Come up with a title and I'll search all 300 discs to find it  :D

From memory, I don't recall a third party utility associated with the "Run" command in any O/S  :(

Inside, dry, and sipping a Pimms  Cup, or two, and some more, maybe one more , is the place to be..... :o
Wet knickers and a bucket over my head is not my idea of a good time  :-[
