General Software Discussion / New Game
« on: December 22, 2007, 01:37 PM »
I found a new game awhile back.......... freebie........... small.................. neat
and driving me apes___!

http://www.download.com/1Check/3000-2111_4-10778461.html

Common sense, basic math and simple logic tell you that 47 out of 48 can be removed. My tops is 42, ONCE, and more usually 37 or 38. Playing the game may cause to me lose another marble and I'm not sure I can afford to lose even one more.
Maybe a cheat sheet???

Belarc does a fine job and there are a couple more system info harvesters that came down the pike since Belarc.
Give them a shot. They are also free...........
http://www.gtopala.com/      SIW ... System Info for Windows

http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php   PCWizard was just upgraded and CPuid offers other freeware that is also excellent.

Ralf's password finder looks like a real professional tool but a price tag prompts a rejection. There are other apps available for free that have managed to keep me out out of trouble for years. Magical Jelly Bean has never failed me and he an upgrade in beta that may be even better.

http://www.download.com/3002-2094_4-10664536.html?tag=pdp_prob     Magical JellyBean keyfinder

Magical Jelly Bean is at Download.com and I had to use the link above (for downloading problems) to get it. I also got the beta but haven't tried it yet.

BigJim, if you combine all the information from Belarc Advisor, SIW, and PCWizard you could write your Master's Thesis for a degree in computer science. That is, if you understand ALL that information and can explain it to me so I can understand it.
