Hello Contro,

Notezilla can do exactly what you want. You can stick notes to different web pages and also sync those notes between PCs. There are ways to stick notes so that they appear in any browser.

Note that currently, the sticky notes are associated with the title of the web page (not the url). But this is sufficient is most cases.

About licensing, if you are looking for syncing, then you need to pay yearly. If you want standalone license (no syncing) then you just have to pay once. See the cloud and non-cloud options on the order page.

Thanks Steven. I understood all of them. The whole memoboard path would be useful. At least, it should should as part of the tool tip (mouse hover)

Undo already exists. Press Ctrl+Z inside sticky note. It is inside right click (inside sticky note) More->Undo menu also.

Title is centered if the note date (that's on the right of the title) is disabled.

I don't understand following requests:

"Undue" feature
note "Title" centered capability (you can put in dot to create the result now)
Notes Browser memoboard header (Title, Due, Tags, etc.) layout - default global setting
In that column for the header that is "memoboard", allow full Notezilla path (folders-->subfolders)
Skins be less than global .. e.g. for memoboard

Can you explain with little more words?

Yes. True. Copywhiz can perform these operations. Instead of ticking each item, you would need to include/exclude them by names.

Really appreciate your long post with ideas & enthusiasm.

Yes, memoboards can be better. I would prefer to add things that will make it more intuitive & fun to use.

Tables & spreadsheets will make the product very heavy. I will go far away from the simple-fast sticky note system. So this is not in our road map. We don't intend to make Notezilla heavy with features that are used only by a small subset of users.

Notezilla currently syncs across desktops and phones.

Publish to web seems interesting. I will take note of that.

Here are the answers to questions related to Notezilla.

1) To use the network features, does each participating (even if just receiving) computer have to have a full independent license? What if they are your home puters?  This might be on your site, but maybe you can chat about it here.  Is there a need for a yearly subscription service?

If the other computers are just your own computer (no other user) then you can just buy a single yearly subscription and sync your sticky notes between any number of devices or computers. All Notezillas need to be connected using a single cloud account. The cloud account will allow you access sticky notes from phone, another computer or from any where else using the Notezilla.Net web app. Also, this will allow you to send sticky notes to anyone over the Internet.

However, we do have a "one time payment" option too (no yearly subscription).  This is more of a standalone license. Doesn't allow you to sync between your computers & devices. However, you can send sticky notes to another computer via local network using IP address. This license allow you to use Notezilla on maximum 2 computers shared by same user.

In both the cases described above, another user will need to buy another license.

2) Snap to grid .. making solid rectangles in some way. 
Any available function short of hand twiggling?  (This was one place where Stickies shines.)
3) Why not have a forum of sorts? Or at least a dedicated thread here?  We might be able to help with ideas of how and where and who.  Good solid software with longevity is hard to find.  Plus in the right environment you can have a high level of posting.

Yes, we don't have any active forum yet. Don't wish to keep one in near future. Of course, such discussion threads are welcome. But not dedicated forum.

I like to implement features based on the feature requests I get via email. This keeps me free to implement features based on the demand without any pressure from public forum discussions.

I have a very very long list of features including snap to grid (which is a nice feature to add).

In general, I like not to complicate the product with too many features. What's most wanted is native app for Android & iOS. We just released Android app. We will be launching iOS app in some months.

You can share more thoughts and ideas over hear with direct questions addressing to me in this forum. I wasn't replying earlier because it was a general discussion comparing features of other products.

What I am looking for is something similar to the GUI of Outlook.
Meaning : left tree with folders/subfolders
Right top: the notes with caption, modified date, size, etc.
Right bottom: a preview
and all that with a minimum of clicks.

-I donot see a way to add a date-time stamp to a note
-neither can I browse based on date-time
-I am not sure if an url can automatically be added to a note

It is terribly fast in searching, regularly updated and has a forum.

I think you can try Notezilla. All of the above requirements are met by Notezilla. Except that it doesn't have a forum.
