Aside from the subcomponent of FileLocator Pro I show in the screen shot above, I don't know of one.  But the screen shot shows how FLP lets you enter strings and select plain-English operations to build regexs from scratch

But again, unless I'm missing something, Regex Coach doesn't help you create regexs; it just helps you test and pick apart existing reg expressions.

Now, we can currently hear the cries of all those people who've recently purchased Konfabulator. Fear not, people, for you will be given the gift of a refund if you purchased Konfabulator 2.0 or later. Revel in the glory of it.

Sarcasm aside, this is great of them.  I've gotten screwed several times in the past after paying for software that turned freeware, and I'm quite certain I was never offered a refund!
