I have been looking for a program that will float an-always-on-top icon showing the current active printer for the window in focus.  Most programs show the default printer.  That does not help if I have changed the active printer in Word, excel etc.  When print often I end up sending the doc to pdf or other destination.

The color of the printer icon can be set for each of the installed printers.  As the focus changes, the icon would change color and maybe have a small caption if the cursor hovers.  That way, at a glance I know which printer is active.  When the program cannot determine the active printer for a window, it would show a question mark.

I have been trying the program as a replacement for truex mouse.  My problem is when I have dragking active and try to copy a cell in excel, the program fails to work.  If I ctrl c in a cell, the highlights move with the cursor to the paste destination.  If I deactive dragking, everything is fine.

If I am doing something wrong, let me know.  Otherwise, it is a great time saver.  I especially like the ability to toggle active/inactive.  Thanks

I have not tested the latest release on my company computer, but an install/update program that does not require admin rights would greatly ease the process for moving all of the files from a personal to corporate computer.  Thanks again
