General Software Discussion / Need to find a good outlining software for speeches

Hi,
I'm talking a speech-writing course and I'm looking for a good outlining software. I tried using Google docs and Word, but Google docs is too hard to use, and Word is too expensive. I'm currently using WorkFlowly, but it's meant more as a day planner than an outliner. Any suggestions.
