I am just now getting back to replying to my own question....

We have the following types that show Total Counts but not Color Counts
Sharp MX-5001N
Sharp MX-2610N
Toshiba e-Studio4540C
Xerox Phaser 7800DX
Xerox Phaser 7300 DX

We have a Ricoh Aficio 3245 that shows Color but not Total (also does not show Serial Number)

We do have an
HP Laser Jet 400 MFP M475DW that shows both color and black
HP Color Laser Jet CP5520 that shows both color and black.

Not at work now but noticed that i recognizes Total pages properly but not Color on our Toshiba and Sharp MFPs for sure.  We have 2 models of Sharp's and 1 series of Toshiba.  All are only 2-4 years old.


I would have to check on the exact model.  Not at the office at the moment.

I love this tool but for most of my machines it does not get the Color Page Count?  any ideas?

Anyone using an alternate tool if this one is not supported?
