I am running Windows XP 32bit SP3 on an Acer Aspire 4330. I just installed .NET framework 4 (verified its installation by checking the program files). I am trying to download CircleDock 0.0.2 Alpha 8.2. Whenever I try to run the file to install it, however, I get a message saying that I need to have .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 or higher installed. I have restarted, to no avail. Is there something that I do not have that I should, or something that I am not doing that I need to be doing?

Sorry if this has been answered before... I tried looking for it, but couldn't find anything.
