T-Clock Redux works superbly. I have it on multiple Windows 10 machines without a problem:

Found Deals and Discounts / Humble Bundle - Coder's Bookshelf

No idea if these are any good, but the deal runs for another 14 days and it's a bargain if the advertised original price is to be believed:

Living Room / Re: Serif PagePlus X7 on time or too soon?
« on: June 03, 2013, 05:23 PM »
Funny - I was thinking exactly the same thing. I only upgraded from X5 to X6 a few months ago, so I was rather surprised to see X7 arrive already. On forums I have seen various comments about new versions being released before the issues in the current release are ironed out.

I do quite like their software, but the cost of excessive upgrades means I will probably stick with what I have.

Thanks lanux128.  I have looked at this, and it pretty awesome.  Thanks for the pointer.

Coding Snacks / Re: structured plaintextfile based note taker

Thanks lanux128!  I really thought the program was dead, and it's great to see there is still a little light out there.  I will download the update!

There was a little interest on SourceForge with a number of people who wanted to take on KeyNote and develop it further, but that seems to have quietened down again.  Such a pity, as it is a marvellous piece of software.

ProcessTamer / Re: Disable balloon tips?

Ah, thank you.  I looked right past that line of text to the options alongside the check boxes (and not realising what I was looking at!)

Thanks

ProcessTamer / Disable balloon tips?
« on: December 06, 2007, 05:59 AM »
Is it possible to disable the balloon tips that pop up to indicate which processes are being tamed?  (On Windows XP Pro SP2.)  I find them obtrusive at times; I am happy the the program to do its thing - it doesn't have to keep on telling me!  I can always check the log file if I want to see what has happened.

Perhaps I am missing something.

Cheers
Haydn

Post New Requests Here / IDEA: Search engine window on desk top
« on: December 06, 2007, 03:16 AM »
This request is based on japanese software I recently found, called MGES2
http://quizo.at.info...re/indexEn.html#MGES

I love the idea, but this version goes to the Japanese version of Google.  Any chance this idea could be enhanced (not really interested in the desktop search.)  Perhaps include in the options the ability to select a search engine to use.  The idea of opacity is great, as it can sit on the desktop without being too intrusive.

(Sorry if this is not a valid request as there is already something out there.)

Thanks
Haydn

This is my first post, so please forgive any errors I make (or if I have misunderstood what is requested...)

There is an application I use a lot, which may be what you are after.  It is no longer in development, and has now been turned over to the community.  There are a lot of users out there who want this developed further, as it is a really nice bit of software.

It is called KeyNote, and the original web page is here:
http://www.tranglos....om/free/keynote.html

It has been moved to SourcForge.net, but nothing much has happened.

Take a look!
