Circle Dock / Circle Dock Online Help has stopped working...

Win 7 x64, i7 620M, 4GB RAM, 177GB available hard drive space

I installed the 64-bit Circle Dock but am having trouble:  The program runs and I can add icons and run them from CD, however, when I click on Help I receive the error message that online help has stopped working and Windows unsuccessfully checks "for a solution to the problem."  I have set the Compatibility Mode to Run as Administrator (and I'm an admin on this machine anyway).  Dock Settings appear to work, although I need the Help System to keep from posting endless newbie questions here. :-D

Any ideas on how to resolve the Online Help issue?
