now that you have a url you need to record it.
there are some mms recorders out there, free and otherwise.
try maybe:

well my problem is that the stream is not working but i can't find the correct one. It really frustrates me because usually i figure stuff like that out but this time i can't

Really nobody who can help me?

i want to get the stream from this online radio stream http://www.q102.com/mediaplayer/?station=WIOQ-FM&action=listenlive&channel_title= and i'm to stupid to get it, anybody who can help me?
