Circle Dock / Save function for apps and folder request !

I had a crash screen with th 1.00 Beta after i modify settings... and it is the plague of having to replace all application icons and folders again on a fresh install 
. Using 3 PC with the same softwares, export the whole settings could be a real plus.
So, is that possible to get a Save function ?
