I understand what you are saying but the process I refer to has an explicit rule set to high yet the priority is set to normal in Task Manager.
The processes screen does not show this process all the time because it is a synchronisation program that synchronises the Windows time and runs at set intervals.
However, this program is running all the time as a process in the system tray and in the Task Manger just like Process Tamer. It should therefore show the explicit rule when running and not just when it connects to a server at the programmed interval.

Save Special Priority Rule When Process Closed

Add a special rule facility to save a priority so that when the process is closed or Windows is shut down that particular process gets loaded with the new priority immediately Process Tamer is loaded. In other words, the process priority becomes permanent.

This is different to the way Process Tamer behaves at the moment on my computer as the process will get loaded with its Explicit Rule in Process Tamer but when checking the priority in Task Manager the process has its default priority but not its Explicit Rule priority.

I did not get any error message when loading the computer this morning following deletion of the duplicate High Priority ProcessTamer explicit rule entries in configuration yesterday.
So far no duplicate entries have re-appeared.

I had noticed today that some application names were duplicated in configuration for some reason. I do not feel that I had duplicated them but I shall keep an eye on it.

I have just tried deleting the duplicated entries but they return again when I re-load configuration.

I have tried again and I see that it is necessary to delete all the entries for tray & configuration and then remove the tick for high priority and save. Then re-load configuration and place the tick back in high priority.

There is only one instance of ProcessTamerTray.exe running.
