PC File Transfer, quite happy with it. I don't have any problems with routers and firewalls, I can not just transfer files, but also run programs on the remote computer. Works always stable and costs not much.

Personally, I use Power Mixer that lets me manage and control volume from any application in Windows using the mouse scroll wheel and hot keys. It's a very convenient and quick way.

It depends on what features you are looking for. Basic burning and ISO capabilities? Or something else. I would recommend looking for a good program like Audio CD Burner Studio that supports Vista. As for me I use my burning software with only one purpose - to burn only mp3, wav and wma files to audio cd. And this program satisfied me a hundred percent. Because it's very easy to use, handy and writes files quickly.
