Developer's Corner / Looking for Partner for Web-based Project

I am looking for a partner with coding experience for a web-based project that I would like to develop. I am not going to post the project specifics here, but if you have the following capabilities/experience, are entrepreneurial-minded and wish to hear the specifics, I will provide them pending a non-disclosure.

Must have experience with:
- Flash
- Database management
- Website design
- Software development a plus but not a must
