Hi there

     The automatic screenshotter can't be lauched with error info "RichEdit line insertion error" now. My operation system is Win7, the scrrenshotter has been running for about one month and suddenly breaks down now .
I try to reinstall it, but it still can't be lauched with error info "RichEdit line insertion error".
     what else can I do for sovling this issue? Please help!
