I came across this website and my first impression was like 'what is this place?'. I still downloaded the 'Webcam Video Diary' and it works pretty nicely but the main thing needed for a product to be awesome is that it must be able to attract people. The first few minutes one spend on the product determines whether that person is gonna keep it or not. So, what I think is that you should work to make your products and your website look better and they should be such that the user feels comfortable using it (UI & UX!). Hopefully we'll figure it all out. :)
